In commemoration of Women's History Month in March, we showcase distinguished women who have transformed how they, and their societies, view disability. The disabled community is one of the most diverse and largest communities in the world, and we hope that you will find unity and inspiration in learning about the experiences of both historical and contemporary disabled women in politics, science & technology, literature, athletics, and more.
